If you work with enthusiasm and constancy, guys develop their passion and they remain. At some point they are too big for the Optimist and if you don’t want to lose them, you have to choose from all the youth classes which one you want to offer. And certainly Laser cannot be missing!

With 200.000 boats in more than 140 countries, the Laser class is the most popular among young and adults. The project was born in 1971, as a beach boat and quickly became the famous monotype for regattas all around the world. 

The guys from the ILCA Team have been carrying the Fraglia name around Italy and Europe for many years, with many successes.

There are also those who, after so much training and sacrifice, managed to make it a profession.

One example is Dimitri Peroni who, after the ILCA team, is now part of the Fiamme Gialle, the military group of Guardia di Finanza, reaching the dream of many sailors: becoming a professional athlete.
