Our fitness classes are organized in small groups, both with bodyweight exercises and using some equipment; they will help you to improve your posture, tone your muscles and increase your resistance.

All classes take place in a wide and bright room. All classes are 1 hour long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To take part in fitness classes the registration is easy and fast: you need to download the app \u201cWellness In Cloud\u201d (both Android<\/a> and IOS<\/a>) and create your account using the email sent by us.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Pt session is the best solution if the gym is a new world for you, if you need to find your motivation and consistency or if you have new specific goals. You can choose from different packages: 1 session, 5 or 10 sessions, alone or with 2 friends. Come to our gym to meet Suad, he will follow your trainings and will teach you to train at your best and help you to find your physical wellbeing and strength.<\/p>\n\n\n
